Robert Nini(1974), Uvelse, Denmark) is Lee’s younger brother.
He is a gardener who lives and works in Eefde, the Netherlands.

When Robert used to leave his house, he climbed a parked car in front of it and started to jump and walk from one car to another. If, after this, he managed to enter the cafe down the street, he would pick up a customers’ cup of coffee and pour it into another customers’ bowl of soup.

Nowadays, he visualizes a soothing, transformative layer around himself. Soft shaped colors float between him and concrete buildings or dark skies. Unfamiliar faces are hidden behind tiny clouds or space-ships.

The reason for Robert’s calm demeanor indoors is because he’s made it into a habital shrine. Having each of his favorite plants, drawings and glass-figures in their exact place, a light shimmers throughout the house. It envelops him with a softening glow keeping him serene and the ones he serves tea, safe.
